नारद उवाच यदर्थमात्रप्रभवेण जन्म कृतं॑ त्वया धर्मगृहे चतुर्धा । तत्‌ साध्यतां लोकहितार्थमद्य गच्छामि द्र॒ष्ठ प्रकृतिं तवाद्याम्‌

Transliteration

nārada uvāca | yad-artha-mātra-prabhaveṇa janma kṛtaṁ tvayā dharma-gṛhe caturdhā | tat sādhyatāṁ loka-hitārtham adya gacchāmi draṣṭuṁ prakṛtiṁ tavādyām |

Translation

نارَد نے کہا—اے پرَبھُو! آپ ہی تمام اشیا کی پیدائش کے سبب ہیں۔ دھرم کے گھر میں جس مقصد کے لیے آپ نے چار صورتوں میں جنم لیا ہے، وہ مقصد آج جہان کی بھلائی کے لیے پورا ہو۔ اب میں شویتَدویپ میں آپ کے ازلی/اوّلین روپ کے دیدار کو جاتا ہوں۔
