अध्याय ३३१: नारायणकथा-प्रशंसा तथा नारदस्य श्वेतद्वीप-निवृत्ति एवं बदरी-आगमनम् | Chapter 331: Praise of the Nārāyaṇa Narrative; Nārada’s Return from Śvetadvīpa and Arrival at Badarī

प्रज्ञया मानसं दु:खं हन्याच्छारीरमौषधै: । एतद्‌ विज्ञानसामर्थ्य न बालै: समतामियात्‌

prajñayā mānasaṃ duḥkhaṃ hanyāc chārīram auṣadhaiḥ | etad vijñāna-sāmarthyaṃ na bālaiḥ samatām iyāt ||

دانائی سے دل و دماغ کے غم کو دبانا چاہیے اور دواؤں سے جسم کی تکلیفوں کا علاج کرنا چاہیے۔ یہی سچے علم کی قوت ہے؛ بچے اور ناپختہ لوگ اس کے ہم پلہ نہیں ہو سکتے۔
