ततो निवेदयामास पित्रे सर्वमशेषत: । शुको जनकराजेन संवादं प्रीतमानस:,तदनन्तर प्रसन्नचित्त हुए शुकने राजा जनकके साथ जो वार्तालाप हुआ था, वह सारा- का-सारा वृत्तान्त अपने पितासे कह सुनाया
tato nivedayāmāsa pitre sarvam aśeṣataḥ | śuko janakarājena saṃvādaṃ prītamānasaḥ ||
پھر شُک نے خوش دل ہو کر راجہ جنک کے ساتھ ہونے والی پوری گفتگو—بغیر کچھ چھوڑے—اپنے والد کے سامنے عرض کر دی۔
