atoḍaṇyathā vartamāno rājā prāpnoti kilbiṣam
Translation
ویاس نے کہا—جو بادشاہ ضبط و نظم کے خلاف چلتا اور ناروا طریقے سے حکومت کرتا ہے، وہ لازماً کِلبِش (گناہ و دَوش) کا مرتکب ہوتا ہے۔
