यस्तु प्रीतिपुरोगेन चक्षुषा तात पश्यति । दीपोपमानि भूतानि यावदर्थान्न पश्यति

Transliteration

yastu prītipurogena cakṣuṣā tāta paśyati | dīpopamāni bhūtāni yāvadarthān na paśyati ||

Translation

لیکن اے عزیز! جو شخص محبت کی رہنمائی کرنے والی نگاہ سے دیکھتا ہے، وہ جانداروں کو چراغوں کی مانند—روشن اور دلکش—تو دیکھتا ہے؛ مگر ان کے حقیقی مقاصد اور اصل حقیقت کو جیسا ہے ویسا نہیں دیکھ پاتا۔
