मोक्षधर्मः — स्नेहपाशच्छेदः

Mokṣa-dharma: Cutting the Bonds of Attachment

नित्यतृप्तः सुसंतुष्ट: प्रसन्नवदनेन्द्रिय: । विभीर्जप्यपरो मौनी वैराग्यं समुपाश्रित:

nityatṛptaḥ susantuṣṭaḥ prasannavadanendriyaḥ | vibhīr japyaparo maunī vairāgyaṃ samupāśritaḥ ||

بھیشم نے کہا— انسان ہمیشہ قناعت اور کامل اطمینان میں رہے، چہرہ اور حواس کو پرسکون اور شاداب رکھے۔ خوف کو دل میں داخل نہ ہونے دے۔ اومکار وغیرہ مقدس صوت کا جپ کرتے ہوئے، گفتار پر ضبط رکھے، خاموشی اختیار کرے اور ویراغیہ (دل کی بےرغبتی) کا سہارا لے۔
