Shloka 33
तामब्रवीत् तदा देवी मृत्यो संहर मानवान् । अधर्मस्ते न भविता तथा ध्यास्याम्यहं शुभे,तब ब्रह्माजीने उससे कहा--'मृत्यो! तुम मनुष्योंका संहार करो, तुम्हें पाप नहीं लगेगा। शुभे! मैं तुम्हारे लिये शुभ चिन्तन करता रहूँगा
tām abravīt tadā devī mṛtyo saṁhara mānavān | adharmas te na bhavitā tathā dhyāsyāmy ahaṁ śubhe ||
تب برہما نے دیوی سے کہا— “اے موت! انسانوں کا سنہار کرو؛ تم پر کوئی اَدھرم (گناہ) نہ آئے گا۔ اے مبارک! میں تمہیں ہمیشہ نیک و مَنگل دھیان میں رکھ کر سہارا دیتا رہوں گا۔”
