Yoga-kṛtya (योककृत्य) — Vyāsa on Sense-Restraint, Obstacles, and Brahman-Realization
अकाल - अर्थात् संध्या और संध्याशोंसहित त्रेतायुग छत्तीस सौ वर्षोका
vyāsa uvāca | brahma tejo-mayaṁ śukraṁ yasya sarvam idaṁ jagat | ekasya brahma-bhūtasya dṛśyaṁ sthāvara-jaṅgamam ||
ویاس نے کہا—اے شُک! برہمن سراسر نور و تجلی ہے؛ اسی سے یہ سارا جگت قائم ہے۔ اسی ایک حقیقتِ برہمن سے یہ عالم دو صورتوں میں ظاہر ہوتا ہے—ثابت (غیر متحرک) اور متحرک۔
