शक्र उवाच
Prosperity (śrī/bhūti) is presented as a divine, auspicious power meant for the welfare of all beings, not merely private gain; it should be understood as aligned with dharma and cosmic order.
Śakra (Indra) speaks of the manifestation of Śrī—identified by the names Padmā and Padmamālinī—arising in a lotus that opens under the sun’s rays, emphasizing her role as the bestower of prosperity upon all creatures.
