भीष्म उवाच इत्युक्तो भूगुणा राजन्‌ भरद्वाज: प्रतापवान्‌ | भृगुं परमधर्मात्मा विस्मित: प्रत्यपूजयत्‌

Transliteration

bhīṣma uvāca | ity ukto bhṛguṇā rājan bharadvājaḥ pratāpavān | bhṛguṃ paramadharmātmā vismitaḥ pratyapūjayat ||

Translation

بھیشم نے کہا—اے راجن! جب بھِرگو نے اس طرح کہا تو نہایت دھرم پرست اور باجلال بھاردواج حیرت میں ڈوب گیا اور عقیدت کے ساتھ بھِرگو رشی کی حسبِ دستور پوجا و تعظیم کی۔
