पा िनलिमी न ता ब्रह्ममूलाक्षयाव्यया । सा नाम धर्मतन्त्रपरायणा,किंतु जो सृष्टि आदिदेव ब्रह्माके मनसे उत्पन्न हुई है, जिसके जड़-मूल केवल ब्रह्माजी ही हैं तथा जो अक्षय, अविकारी एवं धर्ममें तत्पर रहनेवाली है, वह सृष्टि मानसी कहलाती है

bhāradvāja uvāca | yā sṛṣṭir ādi-deva-brahmaṇo manasa utpannā, yasyā mūlaṃ kevalaṃ brahmā eva, yā cākṣayāvikāriṇī dharma-tantra-parāyaṇā ca, sā mānasī sṛṣṭir iti kathyate |

بھردواج نے کہا—جو سृष्टि آدی دیو برہما کے من سے پہلی بار پیدا ہوئی، جس کی جڑ اور اصل صرف برہما ہی ہے، جو اَکشَی، اَویَکاری اور دھرم کے نظام میں یکسو ہے—وہی ‘مانسی’ (ذہنی) سृष्टि کہلاتی ہے۔
