शल्मलि–पवनसंवादः
The Dialogue of Śalmali and Pavana
उदतिष्ठत संघर्षात् सुमहान् हव्यवाहन: । तद् वन॑ वृक्षसम्पूर्ण लताविटपसंकुलम्
udatiṣṭhata saṅgharṣāt sumahān havyavāhanaḥ | tad vanaṁ vṛkṣasampūrṇaṁ latāviṭapasaṅkulam ||
اس شدید رگڑ سے ہویہ واہن—نہایت عظیم آگ—اٹھ کھڑی ہوئی۔ درختوں سے گھنا اور بیلوں و جھاڑیوں کی الجھن سے بھرا وہ جنگل شعلوں کی گرفت میں آ گیا؛ یہ دکھاتا ہے کہ بےمہار قوت بہت جلد اس فراوانی کو بھی نگل لیتی ہے جو محفوظ دکھائی دیتی ہے۔
