Draupadī’s Exhortation on Rājadharma and Daṇḍa (द्रौपद्याः राजधर्मोपदेशः)
त्वं तु सर्वा महीं त्यक्त्वा कुरुषे स््वयमापदम् । ये सब लोग आपको समझानेका प्रयत्न कर रहे हैं
tvaṃ tu sarvāṃ mahīṃ tyaktvā kuruṣe svayam āpadam |
لیکن تم پوری زمین کی سلطنت چھوڑ کر خود اپنے لیے مصیبت کھڑی کر رہے ہو۔ بہت سے لوگ تمہیں سمجھانے کی کوشش کرتے ہیں، پھر بھی تم توجہ نہیں دیتے۔ اس وقت میں جو کہہ رہی ہوں وہ ہرگز جھوٹ نہیں—تمام روئے زمین کی بادشاہی ترک کر کے تم خود ہی اپنے اوپر آفت بلا رہے ہو۔
