प्रणयेद् वापि तां भूमिं प्रणश्येद् गहने पुनः । हन्यात्क्रुद्धानतिविषास्तान् जिह्मगतयो5हितान्
praṇayed vāpi tāṁ bhūmiṁ praṇaśyed gahane punaḥ | hanyāt kruddhān ativīṣās tān jihmagatayo 'hitān ||
اگر بادشاہ میں مہارت ہو تو وہ دشمن کے بچھائے ہوئے جال والے علاقے میں بھی جان بوجھ کر داخل ہو سکتا ہے۔ لیکن اگر خطرہ قریب ہو تو گھنے جنگل میں ہٹ کر چھپ جائے۔ اور جو دشمن ٹیڑھی چال چلنے والے اور غضب سے بھرے ہوں—انہیں نہایت زہریلے سانپ سمجھ کر ختم کر دے۔
