Gaṇānāṃ Vṛttiḥ — On the Sustenance and Cohesion of Assemblies
Gaṇa-nīti
गणमुख्यैस्तु सम्भूय कार्य गणहितं मिथ: । पृथग्गणस्य भिन्नस्य विततस्यथ ततो5न्यथा
gaṇamukhyais tu sambhūya kāryaṁ gaṇahitaṁ mithaḥ | pṛthag gaṇasya bhinnasya vitatasya atha tato 'nyathā ||
بھیشم نے کہا— گَـن کے سردار باہم مل بیٹھیں اور باہمی مشورے سے وہ کام کریں جو جماعت کے مفاد میں ہو۔ لیکن جب گَـن ٹوٹ کر جدا جدا ہو جائے، اس کے لوگ بکھر جائیں، تو پھر وہی کام دوسرے طریقے سے سنبھالنا پڑتا ہے؛ کیونکہ مشترکہ بھلائی کی شرط اتحاد ہے۔
