उत्साहश्व कृतो नित्यं मया दिष्ट्या युयुत्सता । दिष्ट्या चास्मिन्‌ हतो युद्धे निहतज्ञातिबान्धव:

جنگ کی آرزو لیے میں نے ہمیشہ جوش و ہمت قائم رکھی؛ یہ میری سعادت ہے۔ اور یہ بھی سعادت ہے کہ اپنے قرابت داروں اور عزیزوں کے مارے جانے کے بعد میں بھی اسی معرکے میں جان دے رہا ہوں۔
