स भूय: शुशुभे पार्थस्ताडितो गदया रणे । उद्धिन्नरुधिरो राजन्‌ प्रभिन्न इव कुज्जर:

Transliteration

sa bhūyaḥ śuśubhe pārthas tāḍito gadayā raṇe | uddhinnarudhiraḥ rājan prabhinna iva kuñjaraḥ ||

Translation

سنجے نے کہا—اے راجن، رزم میں گدا کی ضرب پھر کھا کر بھی پارتھ اور زیادہ درخشاں ہو اٹھا۔ اس کے بدن سے خون پھوٹ نکلا؛ وہ گویا چھیدے ہوئے مست ہاتھی کی مانند چمک رہا تھا۔
