कोई उनके विषयमें यह निश्चय करने लगे कि “ये ब्रह्माजीके पुत्र, सबके अग्रज एवं ब्रह्मयोनि सनत्कुमार हैं' ।।
ke cin maheśvara-sutaṁ ke cit putraṁ vibhāvasoḥ | umāyāḥ kṛttikānāṁ ca gaṅgāyāś ca vadanty uta ||
کچھ نے یہ نِشچَے کیا کہ ‘یہ برہما جی کے فرزند، سب کے اَگرج اور برہْم یَونی سَنَتْکُمار ہیں۔’ پھر کوئی انہیں مہیشور (شیو) کا بیٹا کہنے لگا، کوئی وِبھاوَسو (اگنی) کا؛ کوئی اُما کا، کوئی کِرتّکاؤں کا اور کوئی گنگا کا فرزند بھی بتانے لگا۔
