स बुद्धयागणयतु प्राज्ञो मृत्योर्भीतो हसोमप: । सोम: कथं तु पातव्य इहस्थेन मया भवेत्
sa buddhayā gaṇayatu prājño mṛtyor bhīto hasomapāḥ | somaḥ kathaṃ tu pātavya ihasthena mayā bhavet, bharataśreṣṭha |
تب وہ دانا تِرِت، موت کے خوف سے لرزاں اور سَوم پینے سے محروم، اپنی عقل سے غور کرنے لگا: “میں یہاں (اسی کنویں میں) رہتے ہوئے سَوم کو کیسے پی سکوں گا؟”
