ते सर्वे स्वर्गते तस्मिंस्तस्य पुत्रानपूजयन् । राजन! उन महात्मा गौतमके यजमान जो राजा लोग थे, वे सब उनके स्वर्गवासी हो जानेपर उनके पुत्रोंका ही आदर-सत्कार करने लगे
te sarve svargate tasmiṁs tasya putrān apūjayan | rājan |
وَیشَمپایَن نے کہا—اے راجَن! جب وہ مہاتما گوتَم سوَرگ کو سدھار گئے، تو جو راجے پہلے ان کے یجمان (یعنی یَجْی کے سرپرست) تھے، وہ سب ان کے بیٹوں ہی کی تعظیم و مہمان نوازی کرنے لگے۔
