अपने छोटे भाइयोंके साथ खड़े हुए भीमसेन उपर्युक्त बात कहकर शत्रुओंकी ओर बार-बार देखने लगे; मानो सिंह मृगोंके समूहमें खड़ा हो उन््हींकी ओर देख रहा हो ।।
sāntvyamāno vīkṣamāṇaḥ pārthenākliṣṭa-karmaṇā | khidyaty eva mahābāhur antardāhī vīryavān ||
یوں کہہ کر بھیم سین اپنے چھوٹے بھائیوں کے ساتھ کھڑا ہوا اور دشمنوں کی طرف بار بار دیکھنے لگا—گویا ہرنوں کے بیچ کھڑا شیر۔ بے تھک کارناموں والے ارجن نے اسے بار بار تسلی دی، مگر پرाकرمشالی، قوی بازو بھیم اندر ہی اندر غضب کی آگ میں جلتا رہا۔
