इत्युक्त्वा शिशुपालस्तानुत्थाय परमासनात् । निर्यया सदसस्तस्मात् सहितो राजभिस्तदा,उनसे ऐसा कहकर शिशुपाल अपने उत्तम आसनसे उठकर कुछ राजाओंके साथ उस सभाभवनसे जानेको उद्यत हो गया
ity uktvā śiśupālas tān utthāya paramāsanāt | niryayā sadasas tasmāt sahito rājabhis tadā ||
یوں کہہ کر شِشُپال اپنے بہترین آسن سے اٹھ کھڑا ہوا اور چند بادشاہوں کے ساتھ اس سبھا-بھون سے نکل جانے کے لیے آمادہ ہو گیا۔
शिशुपाल उवाच
The verse highlights how speech and pride can fracture communal order: when a ruler rejects the shared norms of the assembly, he chooses separation over dialogue, setting the stage for adharma—conflict that spreads from words into action.
After delivering his remarks, Śiśupāla stands up from his seat and moves to exit the assembly hall, taking along some kings—indicating a factional split and an intensifying confrontation within the royal gathering.
