अभिप्रायेण पार्थानां कृष्णस्य च महात्मन: । पुण्ये5हनि महातेजा: कृतकौतुकमड्ल:ः,उसने कुन्तीपुत्रों तथा महात्मा श्रीकृष्णकी रुचिके अनुसार सभाभवन बनानेका निश्चय किया। किसी पवित्र तिथिको (शुभ मुहूर्तमें) मंगलानुष्ठान, स्वस्तिवाचन आदि करके महातेजस्वी और पराक्रमी मयने हजारों श्रेष्ठ ब्राह्यणोंको खीर खिलाकर तृप्त किया तथा उन्हें अनेक प्रकारका धन दान किया। इसके बाद उसने सभाभवन बनानेके लिये समस्त ऋतुओंके गुणोंसे सम्पन्न दिव्य रूपवाली मनोरम सब ओरसे दस हजार हाथकी (अर्थात् दस हजार हाथ चौड़ी और दस हजार हाथ लम्बी) धरती नपवायी

پارتھوں اور مہاتما شری کرشن کی مرضی کے مطابق، نہایت درخشاں مَیَ نے سبھا بھون بنانے کا پختہ ارادہ کیا۔ کسی مبارک تِتھی کے شُبھ مُہورت میں منگل اَنُشٹھان، سوَستی واچن وغیرہ کروا کر اس نے کام کا آغاز کیا۔
