mahātmā phālguṇaś cāpi satyadharmarataḥ sadā | vijayas tasya niyataṃ jāyate nātra saṃśayaḥ ||
سنجے نے کہا— عظیم النفس فالگُن (ارجن) ہمیشہ سچ اور دھرم میں رَت رہتا ہے؛ اس لیے اس کی فتح یقینی ہے—اس میں کوئی شک نہیں۔
संजय उवाच
Steadfast commitment to satya (truth) and dharma (righteous conduct) is presented as the decisive ground of success; moral integrity is portrayed as a force that makes victory ‘certain,’ not merely probable.
Sañjaya, reporting the battlefield events to Dhṛtarāṣṭra, affirms Arjuna’s character—his constant devotion to truth and dharma—and on that basis declares that Arjuna’s victory is assured, leaving no room for doubt.
