तामन्तरिक्षे विततां शस्त्रवृष्टिं समन्‍्तत: । व्यधमत्‌ पाण्डवो बाणैस्तम: सूर्य इवांशुभि:

Transliteration

tām antarīkṣe vitatāṁ śastravṛṣṭiṁ samantataḥ | vyadhamat pāṇḍavo bāṇais tamaḥ sūrya ivāṁśubhiḥ ||

Translation

آسمان میں ہر طرف پھیلی ہوئی اس اسلحہ کی بارش کو پاندَو نے اپنے تیروں سے یوں منتشر کر دیا، جیسے سورج اپنی کرنوں سے تاریکی کو دور کر دیتا ہے۔
