अर्जुनकर्णयोर्युद्धवर्णनम्
Description of the Arjuna–Karṇa Engagement and Counsel to Duryodhana
स संशयं गमित: पाण्डवाग्र्य: संख्येडद्य कर्णेन महानुभाव: । ज्ञातुं प्रयाह्मयाशु तमद्य भीम स्थास्याम्यहं शत्रुगणान् निरुद्ध्य
sa saṁśayaṁ gamitaḥ pāṇḍavāgryaḥ saṅkhye ’dya karṇena mahānubhāvaḥ | jñātuṁ prayāhy āśu tam adya bhīma sthāsyāmy ahaṁ śatrugaṇān niruddhya ||
آج میدانِ جنگ کے عین بیچ وہ عظیم المرتبت، پاندوؤں میں سب سے برتر، کرن کے ہاتھوں شک و خطرے کی حالت میں ڈال دیا گیا ہے۔ لہٰذا اے بھیم! تم فوراً جا کر اس کا حال معلوم کرو؛ میں یہاں دشمنوں کے جتھوں کو روک کر کھڑا رہوں گا۔
