प्राद्रवंस्तुरगास्ते तु शरवेगप्रपीडिता: । ततो<भूजन्निनदो घोरस्तव सैन्यस्य भारत,भारत! इसके बाद बाणोंके वेगसे अत्यन्त पीड़ित हुए उसके घोड़े वहाँसे भाग चले। उस समय वहाँ आपकी सेनामें भयंकर कोलाहल मच गया
prādravan turagās te tu śaravega-prapīḍitāḥ | tato 'bhūjan ninado ghoras tava sainyasya bhārata ||
سنجے نے کہا—تیروں کی تیز ضرب سے سخت ستائے ہوئے وہ گھوڑے بھاگ نکلے۔ پھر، اے بھارت، تمہاری فوج میں ہولناک شور و غوغا برپا ہو گیا۔
