apāharad asambhrānto dhṛṣṭadyumnasya paśyataḥ |
اے راجن! اسی وقت، دَण्ड بردار دھِرِشتدیومن کے دیکھتے دیکھتے، بغیر کسی گھبراہٹ کے، اس نے راجا دُریودھن کو اپنے رتھ پر بٹھایا اور میدانِ جنگ سے دور ہٹا لے گیا۔
संजय उवाच

Sañjaya reports that, in full view of Dhṛṣṭadyumna, Duryodhana is swiftly placed onto a chariot and taken away from the battlefield by an ally/attendant, who remains calm and unshaken while executing the retreat.
