तैः पतद्धिर्महाराज द्रौणिमुक्तै: समनन््ततः । संछादितौ रथस्थौ तावुभौ कृष्णधनंजयौ,महाराज! अभश्व॒त्थामाके हाथोंसे छूटकर सब ओर गिरनेवाले उन बाणोंसे रथपर बैठे हुए श्रीकृष्ण और अर्जुन दोनों ही ढक गये
taiḥ patadbhiḥ mahārāja drauṇimuktaiḥ samanantataḥ | saṃchāditau rathasthau tāv ubhau kṛṣṇadhanañjayau, mahārāja! |
اے مہاراج! دْرَونی (اشوتھّاما) کے چھوڑے ہوئے، چاروں طرف گرتے اُن تیروں نے رتھ پر موجود کرشن اور دھننجے (ارجن)—دونوں کو ڈھانپ لیا۔
