Yudhiṣṭhira’s Reproach to Dhanaṃjaya
नानायुधसहस्राणि प्रेरितान्यरिभिववष: । छित्त्वा बाणशतैरुग्रैस्तानविध्यदसम्भ्रमात्
sañjaya uvāca |
nānāyudha-sahasrāṇi preritāny aribhir vṛṣaḥ |
chittvā bāṇa-śatair ugrais tān avidhyad asambhramāt ||
سنجے نے کہا—جب دشمنوں نے طرح طرح کے ہزاروں ہتھیار پھینکے تو کرن نے انہیں کاٹ ڈالا، پھر ذرا بھی گھبراہٹ کے بغیر سینکڑوں تیز و سخت تیروں سے انہیں چھید دیا۔
संजय उवाच
Even in violent and chaotic circumstances, the ideal warrior is marked by asambhrama—steadiness and clarity of mind—acting decisively without panic, which is presented as a facet of disciplined dharma in battle.
Sañjaya describes a hero facing a barrage of countless enemy weapons; he cuts the incoming missiles down and then counterattacks by piercing the foes with hundreds of powerful arrows, all while remaining unshaken.
