भीमसेन-दुर्योधन-प्रहारः तथा घटोत्कचमायाप्रादुर्भावः | Bhīmasena–Duryodhana Clash and the Manifestation of Ghaṭotkaca’s Māyā
ततः प्रववृते युद्धं घोररूपं भयावहम् । तावकानां परेषां च निध्नतामितरेतरम्,तत्पश्चात् आपके और पाण्डवोंके सैनिक एक-दूसरेपर अस्त्रोंद्वारा आघात-प्रत्याघात करने लगे। उस समय उनमें अत्यन्त भयंकर घोर युद्ध होने लगा
tataḥ pravavṛte yuddhaṁ ghorarūpaṁ bhayāvaham | tāvakānāṁ pareṣāṁ ca nighnatām itaretaram ||
اس کے بعد آپ کے اور پانڈوؤں کے سپاہی ہتھیاروں سے ایک دوسرے پر ضرب و جوابِ ضرب کرنے لگے؛ تب نہایت ہولناک اور خوف انگیز جنگ چھڑ گئی۔
