स तेषां प्रवरान् योधान् हस्त्यश्वरथसादिन: । जघान समरे शूरो धार्तराष्ट्रानाचेन्तयन्,शूरवीर भीमसेन आपके पुत्रोंकी तनिक भी परवा न करते हुए हाथी, घोड़े एवं रथपर बैठकर युद्ध करनेवाले कौरवोंके मुख्य-मुख्य योद्धाओंको समर-भूमिमें मारने लगे
sa teṣāṁ pravarān yodhān hastyaśvarathasādinaḥ | jaghāna samare śūro dhārtarāṣṭrān acintayan ||
سنجے نے کہا—دھرتراشٹر کے بیٹوں کی ذرا بھی پروا نہ کرتے ہوئے وہ دلیر بھیم سین میدانِ جنگ میں ہاتھیوں، گھوڑوں اور رتھوں پر سوار کوروؤں کے نامور ترین جنگجوؤں کو گرانے لگا۔
