Vāsudeva-Māhātmya: Duryodhana’s Inquiry and Bhīṣma’s Theological Account of Keśava

अवस्थितं च प्रणिपत्य कृष्णं प्रीतो$र्जुन: काउ्चनचित्रमाली । उवाच कोपं प्रतिसंहरेति गतिर्भवान्‌ केशव पाण्डवानाम्‌,जब श्रीकृष्ण खड़े हो गये, तब सुवर्णका विचित्र हार पहने हुए अर्जुनने अत्यन्त प्रसन्न हो उनके चरणोंमें प्रणाम करके कहा--“केशव! आप अपना क्रोध रोकिये। प्रभो! आप ही पाण्डवोंके परम आश्रय हैं

avasthitaṃ ca praṇipatya kṛṣṇaṃ prīto 'rjunaḥ kāñcanacitrāmālī | uvāca kopaṃ pratisaṃhareti gatir bhavān keśava pāṇḍavānām ||

جب کرشن ٹھہر کر کھڑے ہو گئے تو سونے کی رنگا رنگ مالا پہنے ارجن نہایت مسرور ہو کر ان کے قدموں میں جھکا اور بولا— “اے کیشو! اپنے غضب کو سمیٹ لیجیے۔ اے پروردگار! آپ ہی پانڈوؤں کے سب سے بڑے سہارا اور واحد راہِ نجات ہیں۔”
