तैश्व मुक्ताउ्छरान्‌ भीष्मो युधि सत्यपराक्रम:

taiś ca muktoccharān bhīṣmo yudhi satyaparākramaḥ

سنجے نے کہا—میدانِ جنگ میں سچّے پرाकرم والے بھیشم نے اُن کے چھوڑے ہوئے تیروں کا جواب اپنے تیروں سے دیا؛ کشتریہ دھرم پر قائم رہ کر وہ ثابت قدمی سے ڈٹے رہے۔
