पुनर्विव्याध विंशत्या शरै: संनतपर्वभि: । कोसलनरेशने लोहेके बने हुए पाँच बाणोंसे अर्जुनकुमारको घायल करके पुनः झुकी हुई गाँठवाले बीस बाणोंद्वारा उन्हें क्षत-विक्षत कर दिया
sañjaya uvāca | punar vivyādha viṃśatyā śaraiḥ saṃnata-parvabhiḥ |
سنجے نے کہا—پھر اس نے جھکے ہوئے جوڑوں والے بیس تیروں سے اسے دوبارہ چھید دیا۔ میدانِ جنگ کے سخت رَندھرم میں وہ جنگجو ایک لمحہ نہ رکا؛ درست نشانے والے تیروں سے پارتھ کے بیٹے کو بار بار زخمی کرتا چلا گیا۔
