सैन्यसंनिवेशः (Sainyasaṃniveśaḥ) — Deployment, Omens, and Yuddha-Dharma Conventions
उभे सैन्ये च राजेन्द्र युद्धाय मुदिते भृशम् । कुरुक्षेत्रे स्थिते यत्ते सागरक्षुभितोपमे,राजेन्द्र! कुरक्षेत्रमें युद्धके लिये अत्यन्त हर्षोल्लासमें भरी हुई दोनों पक्षकी सेनाएँ दो विक्षुब्ध महासागरोंके समान एक-दूसरेके सम्मुख खड़ी थीं
ubhe sainye ca rājendra yuddhāya mudite bhṛśam | kurukṣetre sthite yatte sāgarakṣubhitopame ||
اے راجندر! کوروکشیتر میں جنگ کے لیے بے حد جوش و خروش سے بھری دونوں فوجیں آمنے سامنے کھڑی تھیں—گویا دو طوفانی سمندر۔
