मरुत्तोपाख्यान-प्रस्तावः — Genealogy to Marutta and the Logistics of Royal Sacrifice
इस प्रकार श्रीमहाभारत आश्वमेधिकपवके अन्तर्गत अश्वमेधपर्वमें संवर्त और मरुत्तका उपाख्यानविषयक तीसरा अध्याय पूरा हुआ
prasandher abhavat putraḥ kṣupa ity abhiviśrutaḥ | kṣupasya putra ikṣvākur mahīpālo 'bhavat prabhuḥ ||
پرسندھی کے ہاں ‘کْشُپ’ نام کا بیٹا پیدا ہوا جو مشہور ہوا۔ کْشُپ کا بیٹا اِکشواکو ایک طاقتور مہِیپال اور صاحبِ اقتدار بادشاہ بنا۔
