अम्बरीषगाथा—गुणत्रयविभागः तथा लोभनिग्रहः
Ambarīṣa’s Gāthā: The Guṇas and the Restraint of Greed
स तैर्गुणैः संहतदेहबन्धन: पुन: पुनर्जायति कर्म चेहते । जन्मक्षये भिन्नविकीर्णदेहो मृत्युं पुनर्गच्छति जन्मनैव
sa tair guṇaiḥ saṃhatadeha-bandhanaḥ punaḥ punar jāyati karma cehate | janma-kṣaye bhinna-vikīrṇa-deho mṛtyuṃ punaḥ gacchati janmanā eva ||
ان گُنوں سے بُنے ہوئے جسمانی بندھن میں جکڑا ہوا وہ جیو بار بار جنم لیتا ہے اور اسی دنیا میں عمل میں لگا رہتا ہے۔ جب اس جنم کی مدت پوری ہوتی ہے تو بدن کے اجزا ٹوٹ کر بکھر جاتے ہیں اور وہ موت کو پہنچتا ہے؛ اور اسی عمل کے ذریعے پھر جنم و مرگ کے چکر میں جا پڑتا ہے۔
