Mokṣa-dharma Yoga-Upadeśa: Equanimity, Sense-Restraint, and Vision of the Ātman (आत्मदर्शन-योगोपदेशः)

वर्धते वर्धमानस्य वर्धते च कथं बलम्‌ । निरोधानां निर्गमनं मलानां च पृथक्‌ पृथक्‌

vardhate vardhamānasya vardhate ca kathaṃ balam | nirodhānāṃ nirgamaṇaṃ malānāṃ ca pṛthak pṛthak ||

جب جسم بڑھتا ہے تو اس کی قوت بھی ساتھ ساتھ کیسے بڑھتی ہے؟ اور جو فضلات جسم کے اندر ہر طرف سے گھِرے ہوئے ہیں، وہ الگ الگ راستوں سے کیسے خارج ہوتے ہیں؟
