ऋषिपुत्रो मनीषी स राजा चक्रेडस्य तद् वच:
ṛṣiputro manīṣī sa rājā cakredasya tad vacaḥ
نارد نے کہا: وہ دانا بادشاہ، جو ایک رِشی کا فرزند تھا، پھر چکرېدسہ سے وہی کلمات بولا—بصیرت اور راج دھرم کی ذمہ داری کے ساتھ اپنی نصیحت کو سنوار کر۔
नारद उवाच
Wisdom and dharma are conveyed through measured speech: a ruler—especially one shaped by a sage’s lineage—must counsel others with discernment, aiming at ethical order rather than impulse.
Nārada continues his narration and introduces a moment of dialogue: a wise king, described as a sage’s son, addresses Cakredasa, indicating a transition into counsel or instruction.
