गोप्रदानगुणाः तथा कपिलागोविधानम्
Merits of Cow-Gift and the Origin-Account of Kapilā Cows
सन्ति नानाविधा लोका यांस्त्वं शक्र न पश्यसि । पश्यामि यानहं लोकानेकपत्न्यक्ष या: स्त्रिय:
santi nānāvidhā lokā yāṁs tvaṁ śakra na paśyasi | paśyāmi yān ahaṁ lokān ekapatnyakṣayāḥ striyaḥ, śakra |
بھیشم نے کہا—اے شَکر! بہت سے طرح طرح کے لوک ہیں جنہیں تم نہیں دیکھ سکتے۔ میں اُن لوکوں کو دیکھتا ہوں؛ اور جو عورتیں ایک ہی پتی کے ورت میں ثابت قدم (پتی ورتا) ہیں وہ بھی اُنہیں دیکھ سکتی ہیں، اے شَکر۔
