Transliteration

Yudhiṣṭhira uvāca |

Bhūya eva kuruśreṣṭha dānānāṁ vidhim uttamam |

Kathayasva mahāprājña bhūmidānaṁ viśeṣataḥ ||

Translation

یُدھشٹھِر نے کہا—“اے کُروؤں میں برتر! دان کی اعلیٰ ترین विधی (طریقہ) پھر سے بیان کیجیے۔ اے عظیم دانا! خصوصاً بھومی دان (زمین کے دان) کی اہمیت بتائیے۔”
