अर्चयामास तं चापि तस्य राज्ञ: पुरोहित: । सत्यव्रतं महात्मानं देवकल्पं विशाम्पते,प्रजानाथ! राजाके पुरोहितने देवताओंके समान तेजस्वी सत्यव्रती महात्मा च्यवनमुनिका विधिपूर्वक पूजन किया
arcayāmāsa taṃ cāpi tasya rājñaḥ purohitaḥ | satyavrataṃ mahātmānaṃ devakalpaṃ viśāmpate prajānātha |
اے رعایا کے پالنے والے! اس راجہ کے پُروہت نے بھی اس مہاتما—جو سچ کے ورت میں ثابت قدم اور دیوتا کی مانند درخشاں تھے—رشی چَیون کی باقاعدہ پوجا کی۔
भीष्म उवाच
A ruler and his establishment should honor those established in satya (truth) and dharma; reverence toward spiritually disciplined sages is presented as an ethical duty that sustains righteous governance.
Bhīṣma narrates that the king’s priest performed a proper ritual worship of a great sage—described as truth-vowed and godlike—signaling formal respect and recognition of the sage’s spiritual stature.
