इत्येवं धर्ममालोक्य वेदवेदांश्व सर्वश: । तपश्च विपुलं दृष्टवा गुरोरात्मन एव च
ity evaṁ dharmam ālokya vedavedāṁś ca sarvaśaḥ | tapaś ca vipulaṁ dṛṣṭvā guror ātman eva ca, pṛthvīnātha |
بھیشم نے کہا—اے زمین کے ناتھ! یوں دھرم کا جائزہ لے کر، تمام ویدوں اور ان کے انگوں پر ہر پہلو سے غور کر کے، اور اپنے استاد اور اپنی دونوں کی وافر تپسیا کو پیشِ نظر رکھ کر، بھَرگوونشی وِپُل نے گروپتنی کی حفاظت کے لیے دل ہی دل میں اسی مذکورہ تدبیر کو طے کر لیا۔ اب اس نے جو عظیم کوشش کی، وہ میں بیان کرتا ہوں—سنو۔
