Devaśarmā–Vipula Dialogue on Ahorātra–Ṛtu as Moral Witnesses (अनुशासन पर्व, अध्याय ४३)
भीष्म उवाच इत्युक्तो विपुलस्तेन तपस्वी नियतेन्द्रिय:
bhīṣma uvāca | ity ukto vipulas tena tapasvī niyatendriyaḥ |
بھیشم نے کہا—اے راجن! استاد کے یوں کہنے پر آگ اور سورج کی مانند درخشاں، حواس پر قابو رکھنے والا، ہمیشہ سخت تپسیا میں رَت، دھرم کا جاننے والا اور سچ بولنے والا وِپُل “تھاستُو” کہہ کر اپنے گرو کی آگیا قبول کر گیا۔ پھر، اے مہاراج، جب گرو روانہ ہونے لگے تو اس نے دوبارہ اسی طرح سوال کیا۔
