Chapter 34

नित्यं शमपरा ये च तथा ये चानसूयका: । नित्यस्वाध्यायिनो ये च दुर्गाण्यतितरन्ति ते

nityaṁ śamaparā ye ca tathā ye cānāsūyakāḥ | nityasvādhyāyino ye ca durgāṇy atitaranti te ||

نارد نے کہا—جو لوگ ہمیشہ شَم (دل و دماغ کے ضبط) میں لگے رہتے ہیں، جو عیب جوئی اور حسد سے پاک ہوتے ہیں، اور جو روزانہ سوادھیائے (مقدس تعلیم کا مطالعہ) کرتے ہیں—وہ دشوار گھاٹیوں اور خطرناک اوقات سے بھی پار ہو جاتے ہیں۔
