Mataṅga–Śakra Dialogue on Tapas, Status, and Moral Qualities
पूर्वे वयसि कर्माणि कृत्वा पापानि ये नरा: । पश्चात् गड्ां निषेवन्ते तेडपि यान्त्युत्तमां गतिम्
pūrve vayasi karmāṇi kṛtvā pāpāni ye narāḥ | paścāt gaḍāṃ niṣevante te 'pi yānty uttamāṃ gatim ||
جو لوگ عمر کے ابتدائی حصے میں گناہ کے کام کر بیٹھتے ہیں، مگر بعد میں گنگا کا سَیون اختیار کر لیتے ہیں—وہ بھی اعلیٰ ترین گتی کو پہنچتے ہیں۔
