मैनाके पर्वते स्नात्वा तथा संध्यामुपास्य च | काम॑ जित्वा च वै मासं सर्वयज्ञफलं लभेत्,मैनाक पर्वतपर एक महीनेतक स्नान और संध्योपासन करनेसे मनुष्य कामको जीतकर समस्त यज्ञोंका फल पा लेता है
Maināke parvate snātvā tathā sandhyām upāsya ca | kāmaṁ jitvā ca vai māsaṁ sarvayajñaphalaṁ labhet ||
مَیناک پہاڑ پر ایک ماہ تک غسل اور سندھیا-اُپاسنا کرنے سے، اور کام (خواہش) کو جیت کر، انسان تمام یَجْنوں کا پھل پا لیتا ہے۔
