Tīrtha-vaṃśa Upadeśa: Instruction on the Fruits of Sacred Waters

शिलाभि: शड्कुभियववपि श्रवश्रैर्वा भरतर्षभ । ये मार्गमनुरुन्धन्ति ते वै निरयगामिन:,भरतश्रेष्ठ) जो पत्थर रखकर, काँटे बिछाकर और गड्ढे खोदकर रास्ता रोकते हैं, वे भी नरकमें ही गिरते हैं

śilābhiḥ śaṅkubhir yavair api śvabhraiḥ vā bharatarṣabha | ye mārgam anurundhanti te vai nirayagāminaḥ ||

بھیشم نے کہا—اے بھرتوں میں افضل! جو لوگ پتھر رکھ کر، کھونٹے یا کانٹے گاڑ کر، یا گڑھے کھود کر عام راستہ روکتے ہیں، وہ بھی یقیناً دوزخ میں گرتے ہیں۔
