कृताशं कृतनिर्देशं कृतभक्तं कृतश्रमम्‌ । भेदैयें व्यपकर्षन्ति ते वै निरयगामिन:

Transliteration

kṛtāśaṃ kṛtanirdeśaṃ kṛtabhaktaṃ kṛtaśramam | bhedair enaṃ vyapakarṣanti te vai nirayagāminaḥ ||

Translation

بھیشم نے کہا—جو لوگ اجرت پر رکھے ہوئے محنتی خادم کو کچھ دینے کی امید دلا کر، دینے کا وقت بھی مقرر کر کے، پھر پھوٹ ڈالنے کی چال سے اس مدت کے پورا ہونے سے پہلے ہی اسے مالک کی خدمت سے نکلوا دیتے ہیں—وہ یقیناً دوزخ کے گامی ہیں۔
